Natural Gas Services Group said it will report second-quarter 2026 results after market close on August 10, 2026, then hold a conference call the next morning, August 11, at 8:30 a.m. EST (7:30 a.m. CST), to review the numbers.

The Southlake, Texas-based company rents, designs and maintains natural gas and electric compression equipment for oil and gas producers, with an assembly facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and service locations across major U.S. producing basins. Compression equipment moves and pressurizes gas at the wellhead and along pipelines.

Investors can join the call through the investor relations section of the company's website, www.ngsgi.com, or by dialing (800) 550-9745 and entering conference ID 167298 at least five minutes before the start. NGS said the dial-in number is required to take part in the question-and-answer portion of the call. A recording will be posted to the website after the call ends.

The results cover the three months ended June 30, 2026.

The U.S. rig count stood at 562 as of June 15, 2026, per Baker Hughes, while WTI crude traded at $84.65 a barrel and Henry Hub gas at $3.06 per MMBtu on the same date, per EIA data.
