Fermi Inc. has applied to list 12,127,558 new shares of common stock on the London Stock Exchange, with admission expected at 8:00 a.m. on July 29, 2026. The shares carry a nominal value of $0.001 each and cover two items: advisory fees owed to certain of the company's advisers, and restricted stock units that vest and pay out in stock, Fermi said. The new stock is fully paid and ranks equally with FRMI shares already trading on the LSE's Main Market and admitted to the Official List of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.
Once admission is complete, Fermi will have 640,467,348 shares of common stock in issue with voting rights, all listed on the FCA's Official List and the LSE. The company holds no shares in treasury, so that figure becomes the denominator shareholders use to calculate whether they must disclose a stake, or a change in a stake, under the FCA's transparency rules.
Fermi trades on both Nasdaq and the LSE under the ticker FRMI. The Dallas-based company builds private electric power grids meant to deliver gigawatt-scale power with enough backup capacity to keep AI data centers running without interruption, and it says its leadership team has a combined 25 GW of industry experience. Fermi is developing an 11 GW next-generation private grid it calls the world's largest, anchored by its behind-the-meter Project Matador campus. That campus is meant to combine the country's biggest combined-cycle natural gas project, one of the largest new nuclear power complexes being built in the US, standard utility grid electricity, solar power and battery storage, all to serve hyperscale AI and computing customers.
