NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: NNE) said it will take part in four investor conferences between August 13 and September 15, a five-week run of appearances before institutional investors.
The company attended Citi's Natural Resources Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, on August 13. It will join the 15th Annual Needham Virtual Industrial Tech, Robotics & Power 1x1 Conference on August 17, held virtually, the Barclays 40th Annual Energy-Power Conference in New York on September 8, and the Wedbush West Coast Technology Tour in Santa Clara, California, on September 15. Investors can request an invitation or a one-on-one meeting with management through their investment bank representatives.

NANO Nuclear is developing three reactor designs. The KRONOS MMR is a stationary high-temperature gas-cooled reactor now in construction permit pre-application engagement with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in collaboration with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. ZEUS is a portable solid core battery reactor, and LOKI MMR is a portable reactor built for space use. A micro modular reactor, or MMR, is a small factory-built reactor designed to be shipped to a site rather than constructed there.
Subsidiary Advanced Fuel Transportation Inc. holds an exclusive license on a patented HALEU fuel transportation basket developed by three U.S. national nuclear laboratories and funded by the Department of Energy. A second subsidiary, HALEU Energy Fuel Inc., is working on a domestic fuel fabrication pipeline for High-Assay, Low-Enriched Uranium.
