TotalEnergies and ADNOC Gas have signed a five-year supply agreement for liquefied natural gas (LNG). Under it, ADNOC Gas will supply a total of up to 1.6 million tonnes. The first deliveries are expected as of 2026, according to TotalEnergies.
What the companies said
Stéphane Michel, President Gas, Renewables & Power at TotalEnergies, called the signing "another important milestone in our long-standing partnership." He pointed to ADNOC Gas's location between Europe and Asia and said the new supply will let TotalEnergies confirm its position as one of the main LNG portfolio suppliers.
Fatema Al Nuaimi, Chief Executive Officer of ADNOC Gas, said "global demand for LNG continues to grow" and that ADNOC Gas is well positioned to capture that opportunity. She said the agreement reflects the strength of ADNOC Gas's LNG business, the competitiveness of its supply offering and its ability to secure long-term partnerships.
